We served as lead creative partner to Gamma for the 30th anniversary of Doggystyle, the landmark debut album by Snoop Dogg. In 2023, Gamma released a deluxe reissue of the album, including a limited April 20 vinyl pressing, and partnered with D&C to define the campaign’s creative vision. We led strategy, narrative development, design, and the full suite of campaign materials, shaping a launch that honored the album’s legacy while positioning it firmly in the present.
Our approach treated Doggystyle not as nostalgia, but as living cultural history. We developed a bold, minimal visual identity that referenced the original aesthetic without replicating it, translating its influence into a modern visual language. Through confident storytelling and forward-looking design, the campaign connected the album’s 1993 roots to its ongoing impact today — ensuring the anniversary felt immediate, relevant, and culturally alive rather than retrospective.
